composer 出现这个结果，不知道是有幸还是不幸

周六一下午卡在黄字这里没结果，今天还提示黄字，但是 下载成功了，

不过权限似乎有点问题，之前的文件都是
-rwxr-xr-x
现在这个文件是
-rw-r--r--

ftp 文件不能下载..求助，改是能改，就是想知道为什么。
